SAP PC 2.5/3.0Variant option for sap report scheduling by automatic control

Hi expert,

I Would know if is possible scheduling an automatic control in Sap Process control 2.5 or 3.0 using a sap standard abap report with a custom variant. In the PC 2.5 I can schedule an automatic control with an abap report using the rule script type u201Csap standardu201D, but in donu2019t know where I can insert a selection variant for It.

Hi Luigi,

By selection variant do you want to add a new selection criteria Or are you referring to the variant where you can run the report using different input values ? Can you prpvide more details.

I would run a standard report using a specific input value, for example in a list of vendor line items (report RFKEPL00) i would run the report with a specific company code and the flag on the box u201Ccleared itemsu201D.

In PC3.0 this is possible to execute the automated control using a standard report with a variant. You have to select that variant in the Scheduler then the job will be executed using that vairant.

Not sure if this is the same in PC2.5.
