MiniSAP 6.10 (WA1) should have a help document FAQ_E on the kernel disk (disk1), that should be of help.

Installation cancelled at 28% or 85%

  • - Check the network configuration as described in the installation guide; also follow the notes for installing under Windows XP.

  • - Start the Remote Registrartion service and Distributed Transaction Co-ordinator before installation.

uninstall if nothing works .Delete all SAP folders and files even in windows \ system32 and windows folders.

Serach regsitry for MAxdb or sapdb or sap entries and delete it.

Restart and install..

Award point if it helps.

Hi there,

do you have a file named XCMDOUT.log in your installation directory? If yes, what does it show (newest entries are at the bottom of the file)?

Additionally, do you also already have a knldiag (and knldiag.err) file, in the MaxDB rundirectory (<drive>:\sapdb\data\wrk\<SID> normally)?

Thanks & regards,

Roland
