Hi,
in the Customer Interaction Center in the context menu of a node, we have added an option by using the ENVD transaction.
The type of the node is SERVFREQH (Service Frequency). We only want to add this option when the type of the Service frequency is One time service.
So is it possible to add an conditional option to the context menu of the node ?
For instance (tree) :
Node A1
has subnode Node B1
has 3 subnodes C1, C2 and C3 (of type Service frequency)
C1 and C2 are NOT one time service, C3 is one time service.
Right clicking on C1 and C2 must not show contextmenu option Print.
Right clicking on C3 must show contextmenu option Print.
Is this possible ?
best regards,
Hans

Hi Hans,
I don't think we can put the condition over the action box in action profile.
How about allow the print context for all SERVFREQH? but in action box you create a new FOP to check whether it is one time service or not, If yes, print it. If no, just pop up error saying "It is not one time service, cannot be printed".

That's a workaround we're using now.
But a nicer solution is to disable the print option if it's not a one time service.
So any suggestion / solutions ?

Hans
