Creating SRM PO with Smartforms BBP_PO

Hi ,

I am creating a smartform for displaying PO using BBP_PO . Can anybody tell me how can I come to know which is the calling program for smartform BBP_PO .

Hi,

In SPRO, SRM Server -> Cross Apps -> Set Output Actions and Output Format -> Define Actions for Purchase Order Output -> Action definition -> Processing types, then select standard PO.

you will see:

Processing Class = CL_PD_PO_PROCESSING_BBP

Processing Method = PROCESS_BBP_PO_PRN

That was really helpful to me . and one more thing can you tell me when selecting the output for print and when I click the button priview it is giving me error message . "Global data missing for Purchase Order" .

So can you tell me where the error is ??

Gaurang,

You should check config (same path i sent you) and confirm your default is print.

Hi,

me 2 facing the same issue.

actually the Pur Org is NOT assigned to Org Unit in SRM, so this error is being flashed.

I tried copying the Class in SPRO & make it a "Z" one but it is not stopping there , though I hardocded the BRAK-POINT.
