HI EXPERTS

PLEASE HELP ME WHEN WE USE T CODE VL09 TO REVERSE THE POST GOODS ISSUE, IF IT IS OLD PERIOD DELIVERY THEN WHETHER WE CAN REVERSE THE GOODS ISSUE IN THE CURRENT PERIOD.

N AFTER THAT WE WANT TO CANCELL THE DEIVERY N SALES ORDER.

Hi

Normally , in the cancellation of the PGI, increases the stock at Factory or assigned to the Consignee .

Kindly check , whether the error is pertaining to close period ?? Or if u can post the error ...

If previous period is still open (not closed),then it will allow.

Delivery can be reversed in the curent period ,kindly check the reverse date in the t code VL09

thanks for your valueable reply but when i m doing the reverse it is giving a error deficit quantity .

Hi Rohan,

If it is consignment scenrio, then your quantity must be present in consignment stock.

Or have you already take this material back by Return.

Or somebody change the serial number status (If you are using the serial numbers)

Hi

Yes, you can reverse the material in Current period, to do this go to VL09 and execute the delivery you want to reverse. Then before reversing the delivery click on Define Date push button, it will give you the option for date, give the date as per your requirement and then reverse the document. By doing this the document will be reversed on the date which you have given here.
