How can a service order be marked as statistical?

The cost in a statistical order is for information only, and one cannot settle such a order.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Hi Vitthavat A.,

If you do not want to settle a Service Order, then change the Status of that Serivce Order to "Technically Complete". This can be done thro T. Code - IW32 - go to main menu - select "Order" -- select "Functions" -- select "Complete" and then select "Technically Complete".

Now this Service Order may not be applicable for Settlement.

Ravi.

Dear Kapil, MT, and Ravi

Thanks for your quick response. However, the reason why I'm asking about statistical order is that I want to use the field in the below picture to filter service order

(t-code: KKAI > Selection variant > Change, at Control Data section, see Statistical)

I wonder where I can maintain the indicator in service order.

Hi Vitthavat,

Go to your service order --> Click at Order (Menu) --> Functions --> You can use option "Complete"

Or in the same, you can use option "Lock"

So it will not get processed further.

Hope this helps,

Regards,

MT

Hi,

Don't maintain settlement profile so it will not settle.
