Hello SD gurus,
I am facing following issue.
The delivery date (the date on which customer is to receive the goods) as i understand gets determined from transit time as indicated in route(once the GI is done). But in a scenario the transit time mentioned is 2 days where as system is adding only 1 day to arrive at delivery date.
example - Actual GI date 26.02.2010 and delivery date is populated as 27.02.2010 where as route has 2 days transit time.
Can i know what can be the reason.
Does times defined in shipping point has beraring on this , the setting are such that the times are defaukt from shiping point.
Also factory calander is not maintained in route . will this have any implication.
