Attachment to OSS msg from service desk

Hello All,

I forgot this, and I dont hve any document for same.

Attachement in solution manager service desk is not visible in OSS msg which is raised from solman.

there is some method by which you can transfer the attachment to OSS, from solman.

can any one help in this plz.

Hi Shyam,

please execute report AI_SDK_FILL_FILE_TYPE_TABLE. This will help by updating the file types that are accepted by SAP.

Edit: please also ensure, this job is scheduled regularly in TA SM_CONFIG_JOBS.

Hi Shyam,

I have executed the report AI_SDK_FILL_FILE_TYPE_TABLE & its working. But the thing is that while creating message I added two attachments-Attachment-1 & attachment-2. Now the message has come to support desk & i have put the message in to inprocess & attached the Attachment-3. Now performed the action 'Send message to SAP' .It has created the OSS message.

But when I checked in market place sent items, its showing only one attached doc i.e Attachment-1.

Can you tell me if there are multiple attached documents in support desk message, then in OSS which attached document will appear for SAP.
