Discounts to be posted to different GL accounts

Hi SAP Gurus,

This is the clients requirement

.

For instance: Using condtion type(ZII1) in VK11, if we Add 2 % Discount in material x, it has to go to GL account 1 AND

if we add 1 % Discount to the material Y,it has to post to GL account 2

1. Is it possible to have 2 materials within the same condition type to be transferred to different GL Accounts?

If so,how?

Hi,

Create two condition type for 1% and 2%. (V/06)

Assign these condition type in your pricing procedure(V/08)

Create Account key path: spro-sales and distribution-basic functions-account assignment/costing-revenue account determination-define ans assign account key-define account key

Assign the account keys in pricing procedure

Again assign account key and G/L account in VKOA

Maintain condition record in VK11

As per the issue it is possible through maintain the account determination(T code -VKOA) on the basis of material account assignmnt group.

V KOFI CABE 0001 01 01 ERS 700000

You inclue the key combination on the material account assignment for the discount condition type and maintain accordingly 1% and 2%

But , if there is any field: material account assignment group in VK11, Then we may have solution

But there is only account assign grp ,how sysem knows that it is a material acct assgn grp ?

If i want to create condition table, there is no Material account assignment grp field

You nbeed to take the help of abaper for adding the field KTGRM----

Account assignment group for this material in the structure KOMP & KOMK

Field must be added in the INCLUDE KOMKAZ in KOMK and INCLUDE KOMPAZ in KOMP

Once it is done you can add the field catlog and same field in the condition table

sales org+ mat acct assig grp(01) + mat1 +acct key(ERS) + GL Account(1000)

sales org + mat acct assgn grp(02) + mat2 + acct key(ERS) +GL acct(1000)

As far as my understanding NO.

Unless and untill you have two diffrent account key's,then you can able to post it to diffrent G/L account.
