I face the error when i typed the rspc tcode in BI system

help me solve this error.

Seems you are using incorporate/incompatible SAP Gui for your SAP application.
Just update/install correct patch/Version for avoiding these dumps

Hi Pughazh,
Generally this dump is related to SAP GUI. Uninstall the SAP GUI and re-install it. To avoid confusion, by GUI I mean the SAP Logon pad.

i reinstalled the sapgui but the same erroris occcur.
Which version of GUI you have installed? Go for a higher version of GUI instead of the same one.
By installaing new version of frontend s/w the problem is solved.Thanks all for guided me to solve this error.

This problem has troubled me a half-year. GUI versions of me from 10 to 15 one by one to upgrade, do not solve the problem.
