Hi,
We are on SRM 3.0 / EBP 4.0 ,Users are getting there Shopping cart Approval Emails on there lotus notes Inbox,When they click Approve button,The confirmation has to flow back to EBP which is not happening at the moment and the status in EBP is still showing as Awaiting Approval.

Hi,
Please check if there is any email in Lotus Notes out box. If email was sent out, please check SCOT transaction in SRM and find received email. If the issue is in Lotus Notes side, please test with other email client.

Thanks for your reply, The process is as below
The SRM Staging database in Lotus Notes receives emails about the orders. These documents are then processed and notifications sent to the approvers. The approvers click the approve/reject button. All that the code in these buttons does is send an email to < email address > with the document/order ref in the subject header.
mail servers in lotus notes shows that the messages are being transferred to the email domain without any problem.
Also i looked at SCOT and there are no errors reported.

Hi,
It looks issue is in SRM receiving side.
1. Can you see received email in SCOT? Utility -> Inbox overview
2. What are entries in Utility -> Inbound Processing?
3. Have you scheduled the RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL program?
