New system configuration

I am new to netweaver. I just installed SAP netweaver 7.0 version. I need to configure the transport managment service so that I can deploy some transport required for crystal report connectivity with BW. It's brand new setup so everything is basically new (I haven't created any new user/profile/job etc) it's all by default content intact.

Whenever I am trying to setup a new System it says TSM not configured properly. TP profile is not setup properly and system is not able to read sapmnt/trans directory properly. Can anyone help me how to proceed.

Hi,

Login as 000 client and run STMS transaction --->select reference domain server as Domain Controller. and save it

come to domain controller and accept the configration from Overview->system->sap syatem->accept

and goto Extras->Distribute and activate

Hi,

You need to configure Transport Management System (T-code STMS) in Client 000.

If you are new to Netweaver, I would recommend to spend some time to go through the SAP Help for "How to configure TMS".
