SUS - missing purchase order delivery date on SUS portal

Hello,

We are using SUS within SRM 7.0 (plan driven procurement scenario). When we transfer purchase orders from SAP R/3 to SUS (via PI), the required delivery date is not shown in SUS. However, if we create a purchase order with multiple delivery schedule lines, then we can see these required delivery dates in SUS. So, why is delivery date not shown for a single delivery schedule line?

sap corrected this error.

Summary

Symptom

Delivery date is not shown in SUS PO display. While creating Order Response,"No delivery date exists for item;check whether this is necessary" error is thrown.This happens only in MM-SUS scenario.

Reason and PrerequisitesThis error happens only when SUS is on or above for SRM 7.0 version and ERP still is less than ehp4.For items,the delivery date was getting replaced with space if the start date and end date were not filled in the inbound mapping.For materials,when used with the global 1.0 interface in SRM 7.0(SUS),the delivery date was getting replaced with space

Solution

Import the corresponding support package or implement the attached advanced correction.Use SNote to implement the correction.No Manual

Hi,

The actual passing of the purchase order from SAP R/3 to SUS (via PI) looks fine to me. In txn BBP_PD in SRM, I can see the delivery date and delivery date is also present in the IDOC in SAP R/3 and in PI in SXMB_MONI

Would appreciate any other avenues you can suggest

Please check the BBP_SAPXML1_OUT_BADI~purchaseorder whether the fields are mapped properly.

Hi,

Did you check whether it is passing correctly from PI to SUS in sxmb_moni transcation for a single delivery schedule line.(for a particular messsage)
