when I try to display an image in the product catalog the UI display this message:

What version of Sol Man are you on? Did you look at Note 1413699: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized
and so could be due to an autentication error that the images on my web shop aren't displayed?
I've set the user authorization as SAP_ALL and SAP_new, but I still have the same error both in webshop and in web UI, respectively not displaying the images and displaying the error code reported
Please check user auth. .
