Error in settling the trip...

Hi All,

As I enter the trip details in pr05 and approve and enter for settle...an error come "Entry not found in table T706V. Argument: 40P 1IN B3 0010120100212

Message no. 56016"

Even while going to settle it it could not apper the amount in the sreen of pr05...

Kindly help

Hi,

Check whether you have defined meals per deims for your trip activity type "1". If the influence of control parameters on meal per Diem is not set to "IGNORE" for trip activity type, you have to define meals per deims rates for the trip activity types.

Also check the validity period.

that error means,

you have no per diem meals scaled by hour for those kind of trip.

please check your configuration.
