Multiple deliveries at the same time

Hello,

I have a situation

One of my sales order is having 100 line items. I want to do different PGI for each line item.

"Instead of doing individual PGI for each line item, is there any way where I can have multiple PGI at the same time with different delivery numbers for each line item."

Hi Bidhu,

Try this

GO to VL10C --> give your order --> execute --> system will show you line wise --> select line item and click at Back ground

This means, your requirement is one delivery will have one line item which can be addressed through a delivery exit or add the logic in your existing routine.

With the help of VL06O we can do at time PGI for different document numbers.

Hi,

Goto the transaction code VL06O and click on the tab for GOODS ISSUE enter the SHIPPING POINT from where you have to do Goods issue

Now click on execute and in the subsequent screen you will get all the deliveries which are pending for Goods issue for that specified SHIPPING POINT

now select all the documents and click on the POST GOODS ISSUE in the tool bar.

It will do PGI at a time for all the deliveries.

Hi,

To my knowledge in standard SAP, you need to create a delivery for each line item and PGI. But this should be possible with an enhancement.
