Hi All,
I am explaining the issue we have with an example. The outbound delivery document is created with 10 qty, when the pick TO be generated for partial qty eg 5 (when the stock is short in pick bin) the delivery qty on the outbound is getting changed from 10 to 5
What is required is the delivery quantity remains unchanged at 10 qty and delivery document to be open for pick TO for that remaining 5 qty
Can someone tell me what config I need to do?
Thank you
Please check your settings here, maybe it helps:
SPRO > LE > WM > Interfaces > Shipping > Define Shipping Control > Define Shipping Control at the Movement Type Level (V_T3333-WMMUE)

I had checked that config and it is blank "do not copy WM quantity as delivery qty into the delivery" and its not working as desired
Is it supposed to be blank or (1, 2, 3 or 4) or is there any other config that needs to be done
FYI: I am doing the config for the mvt type 601
Please suggest
Thank you
Haritha
Is the delivery quantity adjusted to pick quantity before or after confirmation of the TO? Is the confirmation done in separate step?
Independently from the mentioned setting in config you can set "Adopt pick quantity" manually (e.g.) in LT12, and even you can maintain parameter "LGK" in user profile.
As per my best knowledge this behaviour is controlled
1 in the mentioned customizing path. If the field is empty for your WH/movement type combination then comes 2
2 manually or through parameter "LGK" in user profile
When you create the TO e.g. in LT03 can you see anything in field "Adopt pick quantity"? (RL03T-KOMIM)
If neither 1) nor 2) are applicable I would check user exits...because I'm not aware of any other setting which would influence this.
(maybe the others can give further suggestions)
