RAR Batch Risk Analysis

Hi,

RAR batch job is analyzing locked and expired users and is failing sometimes giving an error. Configuration has been set to ignore locked and blocked users. This is happening for both incremental and full synch jobs. System is 5.3 SP7. Did anyone notice this issue?

Ravi,

I have never seen this issue. Also, I never tested SP7. We moved from SP5 to SP8. You should open a customer message wtih SAP as this sounds like a bug.
