VA25 - offers

Hello,

i need a report for the following:

a)All offers from e.g. 01/01/2010 to 03/01/2010 (does not matter if open or already referenced)

and

b) all offers which were referenced into orders

It is like the standard VA25 function, but this does not allow me to set a period / range, problem is it want me to set a sales-partner or material.

Can s.o. help me with this problem?

Hi,

Use the T.Code "VA25n".

It will allows you to enter the range.The result is same as "VA25".

thank you for you quick reply, it works.

Still little problem:

When i use VA25 i can see wether ther are some orders as results or not.

I can not see this here.

Reason for my question:

Salesman asks: How many offers did we make last two months?

And how many of them are now orders?

Hi,

There is no option to check how may quotations have orders with in the given date.But with small calculation,we can achieve this.

Goto the T.Code "VA25N".

Enter the date range.

Select the option as "Open quotations" in the selection criteria tab.

Execute.

Note down the total number of entries.

Next select the option "All quotations" in the selection criteria tab.

Execute.

Note down the total number of entries.

Now the difference between "All quotations" and "Open quotations" gives you the quotations that have been referenced.
