Usage decision code not appearing in QA32 (ud)

Hi, Usage decision codes in QS41 is defined under code group Z01. Wants this code group to appear in qa32 screen while taking the UD (for 01 inspection type). Please advise where to config this so that at the time of UD, this code group to appear in QA32? Pls help me.

Hi,

First create the selected set Z01 with tcode QS51 and then follow the path

SPRO- QM- Q. Inspection -Insp lot creation - maintain insp type

select inspection type 01and go to details.Here you will find a field "UD selected set". put here Z01.It will appear while taking UD in QA32.

Dear Vishal, thanks a lot. now it is displaying in more than one line as z01 (5 lines). pls advise why it is appearing more than once?

Have you selected checkbox - "selected set in same plant"? at SPRO --> QM -> Maintain inspection type?

Below selected set field you will find this chckbox. try & revert if query.

Hi,

In SPRO setting at inspection lot creation there u will find maintain inspection type.put the selected set u have created in setting under insp type(01.04..)

i think it will solve ur probs.

HI, you need to create selected set using t.code QS51, and assign this selected set in the customising of inspection type.
