limit ordering Number on Sales Order

Hi SAP ,

I want to ask questions about the sales order, can we limited the ordering line item ? in standard order we can order more. my user want to limited the ordering to 10 line item.

Hi,

You need to use a field exit. Take help from your ABAPer and tell him to grey out the further lines once 10 items are entered. I think you ca use this field exit "MV45ATZZ "

I feel you wont be achieving anything by controlling line items in sale order.

Ideally, we control number of line items both in delivery and billing but not in sale order.
