WASECONNREFUSED: Conection refused

HI frnz

i am trying to lon on to SAP PI 7.0. while trying to connect the server from the log on pad i am getting a error message as

partner 'eccdcs1s:sapdp01' not reached

WASECONNREFUSED: Conection refused

i searched for this in the forum but i didnt find the right solutions.

can any one reply how to solve this issue.

Hi,

Check the client detials.looks like u r trying to connect to other client...which does not exists...

if client is correct then check the host name contains FQDN..i,e domain name is there in the host name

i dont know how to check the client details. can u tell me how to check the client details and how to know whether it exists or not

then how to check the host names FQDN...

Hi,

Check in the logon pad for configured SAP PI details...select the entry and check the properties and there see what are the system details and client name and sysno provided there...and cross check with the admin or basis people for knowing about the PI details..and ensure that both are same..

Also check whether the PI System is up r not also
