How tough is the XI Certification? Any sample questions Please? Whether there is any negative marks?

It is not very tough. But you need to know about some of the Runtime values. I.e you need to work on atleast some of the basic scenarios/mappings/BPM.

And you need to know SAP courses TBIT40,41,43 etc..
