Base tables for Quality Management

Can you please let me know all the base tables ( transp and pool) used for Quality Management ?

We are writing Crystal Reports off SAP ECC ( not BW) and I would need the base tables for the same. ( ideally I am looking for inspection lots and sample tests and their results which are stored in some tables but we cannot find them)
