SPAU Note Correction Problem

Hi to All,

M working on SPAU Note Correction , in that some note is showing the green question mark and some showing the Gray light,if i will click on the gray i con it will ask me to do RESET or DO NOT RESET,

here after click on the RESET it showing the pop up that " ERROR DURING RFC CONNECTION tTO SAPNet , CANNOT UPDATE SAP NOTE ",Please let me know what will happen if i will go for continue ?

please help me for this query ..

see with you administrator system if connection to sapnet if alive onthe server ?
