Which Table and Field do i need to provide to my developer to print Ship to Name, Address and phone number to print on output form. (invoice).

HI Joi,

Ask your developer to use table KNA1 and ADRC or ADR6, once you pass the customer to KNA1, you will get the address number and then you have to pass it from ADRC or ADR6 from there you will get the Address and phone number.

How do i correct my customer hierarchy in my sales order?

Customer Hierarchy are coming into the sales order backwords in the partner function hearder tab

This is how its showing on my sales order which is wrong.

Hi Joi,

Since you want to print the address details at transactional level ie billing document, you need to travel through multiple tables.

First, Take the sales order number from VBAK,

put the VBELN in VBPA - Get the address number,

Input the ADRNR field into ADRC table.

You can get the required fields.
