When I create a user in portal, the workflow generate 2 Mails.
(1 for the User Creation, 1 for role deploiement => A specific program run and modify roles of the user after creation)
Mails are the following subjects :
- User Create (Mail générate by smartforms BBP_UM)
- Check the employee ...
The goal :
- Delete the mail sending when an user is modify.
- Keep only the mail of user creation.
- Modify the standard smartform BBP_UM in order to modify content and subject of mail.
Have you somes way to do this ?
