error in solution manager; no active task list exists in sap change manager

Hi,

i have created a correction in Solution manager but when i want to set it in status in development i receive the message below

No active task list exists in SAP Change Manager

could you please help me?

Hi,

1. Please check whether the /n/tmwflow/charmchk thows any error or not?

2. check whether the maintenance cycle created (/n/tmwflow/maintinst) includes the system for which u have created the correction. Also ensure that the cycle is active and not locked.

Hi,

i have checked /n/tmwflow/maintinst and my correction is present.

now the uc is in status in development, i log in in the development system, do my correction.

now that i want to import the correction on the test system SolMan give me the error: Not all transport requests yet released

and nothing happen.

how can i now import my correction on the test system?

Hi,

Is this error happens only for ur UC? Is NC works fine?

Have checked the charm config from /n/tmwflow/charmchk? Is it showing all in green?

Could u please check all the actions mentioned in task list opened or not. Please unlock all the actions in ur task list.

yes only for UC.

i hve 3 red and 1 yellow.

listed below the detail of the errors:

Error in background job for program RSGET_SMSY error message No active job found

No RFC connection for system CIA client '000'

No CTS projects found for project ARC_AM_001

Hi,

This says taht your ChaRM configuration is not complete. You need to rectify these errors to work in ChaRM.

1. Please activate the Landscape fetch job for RSGET_SMSY from SPROSolution ManagerBasic Settings-- Schedule Bgd jobs.

> No RFC connection for system CIA client '000'

Please maintain a connection from solution manager to the transport domain system . I belive this is CIA.

> No CTS projects found for project ARC_AM_001

Recheck the transport configurations.
