Depreciation report S_ALR_8701194 not working

Hi,

I am tring to execute the Depreciation report and getting the message no data selected and while assigning SAP_ALL i am able to get the data. I have anaylze the ST01 trace but everything is 0 and SU53 is also successful then what could be the reason.

Hello,

Could you please provide some inputs

1) when you run report for specific company code and Asset . yuo do not get any information?

2) for same company code and asset with SAP_ALL you get values?

Please provide the details

As i can only guess you do not have access to that company code aor Cost center to which the asset acountting belongs.

i am not getting any data for any company code. I have checked in SU24 that there are two object is required to execute this report and trace in ST01 is also returns ok

2) for same company code and asset with SAP_ALL you get values?

i am getting all the data for all the company code with SAP_ALL

I am not able to identify the authorization which is required.

could you please give a try by adding

S_ALV_LAYO act 23

and S_GUI act 61

Could you please build a role with this tcode, and add just S_GUI and S_ALV_layo,

do not add any profile, and check in case any information comes at bottom of screen

I built a new Role with S_ALR_8701194 and SU53 and i have added the object S_GUI and S_ALV_ALYO also. but the output is same RC=0 in authorization trace, but not able to view the data.

Well my question is not this is an authorization issue, but the system is not able to identify the missing authorization, so in this case do i iahve anything else to anaylze the issue, or only last option go for SAP support.

Hi All,

We had the same problem. The reason - the user has been assigned a role without customized organizational levels. However, neither the SU53, ST01 no problems with authority did not show. The problem is in SAP!
