Reversal of full replacement

Dear all,

One consumer is billed with device 101 till 31.12.2009. I have done full replacement with new device 102 on 01.01.2010. Now I want to reverse this full replacement. What is the procedure to revert this full replacement and bring the installation to the original position i.e. installation with old device 101 to date 31.12.9999?.

EG52 - Technical Reversal

or

EG50 - Reverse Technical I/R/R

Hi,

follow the below steps, hope will solve your problem.

EG35 for new device

EG50 for new device

and then EG34 for old device

Perform billing related removal on replacement date of new device by tcode EG35

Then perform techical reversal of replacement on same date by tcode EG52.

Then perform billing related installation on same date by tcode EG34

This will reverse the replacement.

Hi All,

First Perform Billing related Reversal of Replacement for Device 102 with activity date 01.01.2010 thru Tcode:EG35

Then perform technical reversal of Replacement for activity date 01.01.2010 thru Tcode :EG52.This will reverse the New Device(102) .Now u need to to reinstallation the Old Device(101),for this u need to execute EG34 with activity date 31.12.2009(activity date-1) to install it.
