credit releases report

Hi All,

Is there a report that we could provide showing how many credit releases there were in VKM1 daily, weekly, monthly?

Plz help on this issue.

Hi Pk,

I dont think there is any std. report for this issue, better you talk to your ABAPer and ask him to create a report for this issue.

Ask hm to use the logic like check how many order has been changed today and how many order's header status (Credit release) become release today.

Hi,

Goto the T.Code "VKM4".

Enter the "Credit control area".

Also maintain the over all credit status as "D".

Execute.

Check for the field "Release".

Here you will get all the dates.From this get the orders as per your requirement.

If the number of orders are huge in number,it may not work out.

For this develop a new "Z" report with the help of your ABAPer as a copy of this "VKM4".

Add this release filed("CMFRE" is the field name) in the selection screen.So that with the given date we can come to know how many orders were released.

Goto the T.Code "SAP1" for all the standard reports.
