Erroe comes at a time or stock transfer order creation.

Hi, Experts,

When i am create stock transfer order, & i entered po quantity 2 in line item but system conform Delivere Qty & issued Qty & GR Qty. more then 2 quantity, But actually i had entered only 2 quantity.

Cam anybody resolve this issue ASAP.

Why system confirm more quantity in stock transfer order.

Assuming that you are working for a WM managed location:

This could be happening due to the WM movement type configuration to allow 'Overdeliveries'

If this config is set, it forces complete quant removals and overdeliveries even if the storage type from which the goods are being removed does not have the requirement to move all the stock from a bin.

Config to check: Logistics Execution> Warehouse Management> Activities> Transfers> Define Movement Types

Check for the warehouse number and movement type used by the delivery document.

U r wright, We are using WH management, I check configuration as per u told, But that given path here no entry against WH no & Movement type, I am doing STO process , & Our wH no is ZPT, So in configuration no any entry exist against ZPT + 641

641 is an IM movement type. The standard WM reference movement type for this is 601.

So check for your warehouse number ZPT and movement type 601

Ok, the next thing you could check is whether the Storage type from which the stock is removed is active for 'Complete Stock Removal'. If this is active then there might be a practical reason behind this and it will require more analysis before you can switch it off!

Path to check the config:

Logistics Execution> Warehouse Management> Master Data> Define Storage Type
