Consignment Process

Hi

I have to map a consignment process where we issue material to the Federal Express warehouse (we pay for space and that cost need NOT be captured) and customer in turn takes it from FedEx. As and when the stock is reduced at FedEx warehouse, it will be replenished. The final invoice has to be on End customer and FedEx does not come into picture. How do we map Fed Ex? Is it maintained as External warehouse? Any input please?

Is it your business requirement to use consignment process?

Because we use the same process but not with consignment. We have a third party distributor lets say ABC. We pay for the space, stock belongs to us. ABC delivers the goods to customer and sends us the confirmation through IDocs. We bill the customer like the standard SAP billing process.
