Stat GR Doc:7(Inspection lot is created at inbound delivery),No Lot created

Hi All,

When I do GR for process order,No inspection lot is created.When I checked the status of GR doc,it is 7(Inspection lot is created at inbound delivery).

Coud u explain why the status is 7?

Hi,

Just check which inspection type activate in material master .If you want lot during GR of process order then please activate 04 inspection type.

Might be 10 inspection type activate in your case .

Hi All,

Thank you for your replies.

I have checked.Only Inspection type 04 is activated and to be noted although the "post to inspection stock" is also active for the inspection type,the "post to inspection stock" indicato is not active and appearing in QM view(outside the inspection setup).

Normally this indicator outside the inspection setup will disappear if the stock relevant inspection type is active inside the inspection setup.

Delivery lot is for 10 but youare ssaying inspection lot after GR made that means 04.Is inspection type 10 active in your case.
