Block Release of Production Order if equipment is not calibrated

Business required critical solution. i.e. if Equipment is not calibrated Production order should not be release.

1. How to set status of equipment

2. how to change status of equipment after valuation during Result recording accepted or rejected.

3. How equipment link to production order.

4. How release will be block if equipment is rejected during valuation(Result recording)

Explore the concept of PRT availability check

And you can use the user exit for confirmation of production order.

System will not automatically change the Ststus of the equipment.You have manually do it.

For equipment which may be due for calibration.

You can try activating user exits in production order so that it can check if there are any calls due for calibration during that period. then u restrict release of order.
