Issue with file transfering through file adapter in PI

Former Member

Dears,

We are facing one issue while sending files through file adapter from sender to receiver via PI.

When we send files and check in sxmb_moni it shows message sent successful but on receiver we do not get files.

While when we check receiver comm channel in rwb-> Component Monitoring->Adapter Engine->Comm Channel monitoring

it does not shows any message there.

In http://<IP>:50000/mdt/index.jsp

In Sender Component it shows 8580 error backlog

In receiver component it shows 1848 processing back log.

For all other adapters PI is working fine.

We have checked permission on sender and receiver file system and everthing is ok.

Beside it if I make my sender as receiver and receiver as sender and send message same problem occurs at receiver end.

Please suggest.

Regards,

Shivam

Have you checked in RWB-->Message Monitoring if there are any messages into system error for your interface?

If there are some messages into system error then first cancel them and then try to test your scenario again. One more thing make sure there are no messages into holding or waiting, if there are any then just resend them and then try.

Hi,

Select the message id in moni and go to the messaging system

http://host:port/MessagingSystem/

and there use Enchanced Filtering and there provide the message id (in same cases) and check the status of that...(note remove date for working filter criteria..)

there you can find the logs of the messages...

if any error there post that error here..

Hi Sivam,

U have check the following steps.

1)rwb-> Component Monitoring->Adapter Engine->Comm Channel monitoring

2)Rwb-Message Monitroing->Integration Engine/Adapter Engine

3)SXMB_MONI / SXI_Monitor

4)Refresh The cache Objects SXI_CACHE

5)Check in Queues SMQ2

Hi ,

When it shows message was succesfull,you can check in Moni it reself for receiver pay load,

Just check all pipeline steps in MONI , and check Out bound and Inbound messages,if target message genarated thenthe problem with communication channel level.
