Change Rate Category

Hi experts,

When we change the installation rate category and run the billing process, the variable rates are prorated correctly but the fixed rate appears duplicated. Is there any way to avoid this?

Thanks a lot

Hi,

could you describe more precisely the rate step of the fixed rate? Which type of the period control are you using?

Best regards

One more notice. You can use period control 01 - Monthly based with key date which is setup in the meter reading unit. For the example if you setup as key date 1st day in the month, the fixed fee will be billed only if this date is contained in the billing period.

Example:

Key date (TE422-Stichtag) = '1'

Billing period A

01.01. - 14.01. fixed fee - billed

Billing period B

03.01. - 31.01. fixed fee - not billed

Hi all,

Thanks Vlado for your help, it worked fine, one more thing, in some cases the key date may not be in the billing period, for example if you are billing only 10 days, that means the fixed fee won't be billed, right?

Is there any way to avoid this?

In the rate step I'm using QUANT (Installation) x QPRICE = AMOUNT

Thanks in advance
