EWM with ITS

Hi,

Our company considering implementation of EWM.

The question is, if I create ITS templates for EWM RF screens, where the templates are stored? Can I create service (SICF) directly in SCM ? or should I create service in ECC?

Any pointers in this regard is appreciated.

Hi Vic,

When you create RF transactions in EWM (via the RF framework) than you use the ITS mobile which is available in EWM. This means that the templates are on EWM and the service can be created directly in EWM (SCM).
