Java Engine Fatal: Can not instantiate UserContext with given properties.

Hi All

On the solution manager Dual Stack Java Engine is not starting up. When I checked the file std_server0.out, Following there is error in log.I paste that message under. I checked the SAPJSF user, it is not locked as well SAPJSF have proper roles assigned.

In the exception you pasted, it shows the security service failed for some reason. Security service is a core service and if that fails, the engine can not start.

Always paste the entire exception as usually the 'caused by' section in the exception says the real reason of why the UME/Security service failed to load.

Hello,

Its 'No active userstore set'.

The same issue is resolved in the two links pasted by Hardeep as well as please also refer to the sap link I sent.

You should find the solution from these 3 links :-).

If not, you may need to open a message with BC-JAS-SEC-UME team in SAP.

I solved this by checking the r3 connection parameters through ConfigTool, then setting IP4 of the host for it's FQDN.

I solved the problem by first resetting values to deafult and the compare the values from diffrent Java engine instance and changed according to this server.
