Doubt regarding em/max_size_MB

Hello,

We have SAP on HP-UX.

While tuning the memory parameters, I read the documentation of em/max_size_MB in RZ11.

It says -

Limitations for operating systems:
Parameter is only valid for Windows NT

So, is this not valid in HP-UX?

How do I set the maximum size of EM in HP-UX then?

On HP-UX all you need to do is to specify em/initial_size_MB

There is no dynamic change of the extended memory, so max_size_MB has no effect.
