Meaterial Document List

Hi guys,

Have to clear out somethings regarding the meaterial document list.

If I use the transaction MB51,I will get to the meaterial document list.When is the meaterial document list created?

Does it get created automatically when goods issue is posted or for example do we have to run a batch file to create a meaterial document list.

If I go to MB51 - I also see the goods issued column.Can we change stocks here using this transaction.

Is this goods issue posted automatically

Yes once you click the post goods issue button, in the background, one material document will be generated.

Hi,

The transaction MB51 captures all the goods movement records, like goods issue or goods receipt or even manual upload of stock thorugh MB1C. No we cannot change stock from this transaction. This just gives the details of the goods movement.
