error from TP 0247 (transp.control prgm), now why cannot add or transport ?

I was running a series of transports from backend

in two steps

tp addtobuffer (about 1000 transports) and tp import (about 100 transports) when my connection dropped.

When I went back in again the TP program just hangs, We have rebooted the server (stop and start SAP) and even done a cold reboot, but still the same errors with TP program just hanging, even when I try to either add to buffer (STMS) or do a transport.

Any ideas, I AM running against strict timelines to complete a series of process on this server and this is just the first of about 5days worth of work

ANYONE? PLEASE HELP!!!

Have you tried to clean the buffer and then try again ?
