SAP installation on windose 2008

HI,

I want to install SAP web dispatcher and SAP nerweaver server abap stack on widows 2008. for over web shop.

But I am not sure which one of this to windows installation has SAP recommended (Windows 2008 R2) or (Windows 2008 Enterprise). Or what is different.

Any help

By now Windows 2008 enterprise is still the recommended one.

Windows 2008 R2 is a special optimized version for web app services(IIS), RDP and Hyper-V features. You could get more info here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2008/en/us/overview.aspx
