How to send delivery document from external system to ECC

i have a business requirement to send a delivery and billing documents from external system ( MS access ) to ECC

could any one light me how to do this ???

This is possible by IDOCs. setup the interface between your external medium and ECC and you can process documents thru IDOC's

take help of your ABAP Person.

Talk to your middleware team and ask them to transfer the data through RFC.

Hi Ahmed,

Talk to your middleware team, They will upload the data through RFC.

Basiclly RFC(Remote function call) works like it will call the function module and then upload the data.

Hi,

Ms Access to ECC. so what you are saying is importing of data ie delivery and billing documents. the data can be read into SAP by opening a connection port on the applicatino server to a specified folder location. However how and when the data is coming into SAP depends what the external is setup as.. I dont know if MS access any suc feature.

Can you give more background on this. I dont think this is quite your requriement.
