Picking Status in Outbound Delivery not updated if the TO is cancelled

Dear all,

I use the WMTA output to create the transfer order for the outbound deliveries. Once the output is successfully processed, the picking status of the delivery is set to C and the WM status to B since the TO is not confirmed immediately. The problem appears when I cancel this transfer order. The picking and WM statuses are not updated back to A, and so i can no longer process the delivery for picking, even though there is no confirmed transfer order.

Can anyone please help?

Are you cancelling the transfer order in SAP? you should be using message type WMCATO from the external system to cancel the TO. Which will then update the delivery pick status back to A.

Perhaps you can use the standard report RLCATO00 to replicate the Idoc processing.
