Hi collegues,
We have a new requirement to retrieve delivery notes and their associated material numbers for audit purposes.
Currently when delivery notes are marked for deletion and eventually deleted we cannot retrieve them any more however auditors are convinced that they should be available and stored in a table somewhere for later reporting.
So our question is does anyone know a SAP standard table that is used to store the delivery note records (including the material/item) numbers once they have been removed from the standard SAP tables that store the active records?
Thanks.

Hi,
Another problem is that we are not marking it for deletion in our system but instead it gets deleted right away. Do you perhaps know how we should configure the system to rather mark the deliveries for deletion maybe even to somehow control the batch job which performs the actual deletion?
Thanks again.
Hi,
You will get the Deleted Deliveries in the Table CDHDR
Please enter the Transaction Code VL02N and Execute, there you will get all the Deliveries that were Deleted.
Please check and revert back
