Missing BOM components in R/3 for planned order created in APO

Hi,

I was created one Planned order for FG material in APO and transfered to R/3, at that time i observed that few BOM components has been missed out for the planned order in R/3. and whene i will run MPR for FG materials and then BOM will get re exploded and missed components get updated in Planned order. Can any one suggest wht could be the cause.

Hi Deviprasad,

Try as suggested by saravanan.

If still problem exists, try run /sapapo/ccr for planned orders

and clear the queues and check

Hi DeviprasadPaladugu,

We faced the same issue. Find the solution for this.

In the Intergration model of PRODCUTS, BOM components should not be added. If you have the finished product only in the Integration model it will be exploded automatically in R/3.

Deactivate the current Integration model and then created a Integration model of PRODUCT only with finished product.

Integration model of Planned orders can have Finished/BOM components.

Please try and let me know if any issues.
