Non CUP request types not visible in Create Request Dropdown

Hi Team,

All my non CUP request types are visible and activated in the config.

The workflows being activated for them in Misc.

However ,I am not able to see these request e.g Mtigation Obj,Control,SOD and UAR review in Create request dropdown.

I have refreshed my cache.

I have not taken a server restart.

Please suggest.

You posted the solution in your question - they are "non-CUP" request types.

They are used to deal with requests coming in via web services from RAR or ERM. Please look at the integration guide on BPX to see where they need to be configured.
