We have just linked the IXOS server to SAP and are able to assign images to SAP documents from within SAP using OAWD by navigating the windows directory. This then creates an entry in OAAD.
However I want to automate the process such that when a user scans a file to a windows directory the document will automatically be archived to the IXOS server with a link to SAP such that the document link can be viewed in OAAD.
Currently when we archive a document using the IXOS enterprise document scan the document is archived to the IXOS server however there is no reference to SAP and the document is not available in OAAD.
Does anybody know how to automate this process? Should it be configured from within SAP or configured in the IXOS enterprise scan.
Ideally i just want the user to scan the document and then it will appear in OAAD, without them needing to use the enterprise scan software.
