Hi Soufiene,

Please check the following

1) CIF error handling is active in customisation

2) The authorisation profile containing the authorisation object

C_APO_CFPP is assigned to the user

3) Check under the menu scm basis menu, integration >

monitor > application log > activate logging is done

4) Check is there any postprocessing records/data/error

exists in system which are processed for cif postprocessing

(you can check in scm queue manager)

Soufiene,

The system I am working on today does not use postprocessing, but I would think that you could use transaction SLG1 and look for object CIF. Subobject would probably be ERROR_REPROCESSING, but I can't say for sure. Maybe just leave subobject as "*".
